"We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Great place to stay in a pinch. Off the beaten path, with limited food, grocery, shopping options within a mile walk. Due to my own ignorance, I don't speak any Greek, and the proprietor doesn't speak much English at all, which makes things difficult as you have to call to be let in upon arrival. The apartment building has no noise insulation...as in, I could hear our next door neighbors conversing as if they were in our room. "The hotel staff are very helpful and cordial especially the hotel general manager and the young gentleman who works at the front desk. The hotel owner is a classic kind person who is totally focused on customer experience and service. Although his son managed an incident so disgracefully. The hotel is located in a central location and close to all the dining and shopping options. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were super pleasant and polite. The hotel is highly recommended, the beds are very comfortable and the room is cleaned very well. "

Excellent staff and location

"Excellent location and staff Room is on the smaller side It has a balcony with good views of the city There was strong sewage small in the room Since it's winter (although not very cold outside) the Aircon is set to heating. So can be warm in the room. Staff was excellent, very very helpful and polite. They also arranged my taxi to Larnaca airport which is a fixed price there. Location is excellent. Most tourist spots are within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. "
