"The view, the helpful staff. My only complaint is that the bathroom light comes on automatically. That's not good when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Much too bright. Perhaps a small nite light would be better."

"A cool hotel from a time passed. 90 years old but updated rooms. Really classy but also approachable. If you can, stay at this hotel. It’s right by the Medina. It’s got history. They have a really cool terrace and a bar with music. "

"Great location. Right by the mall, train station, close to all amenities. Breakfast had custom made eggs. My only readon for not giving it 5 star was that the AC wasn't working. Apparently it is by floor and the heating was ON. It was suggested i open the winfows but the noise outside was disturbing. "

Es hieß auf der Expedia Bestätigung, dass ich die Unterkunft 24 Stunden vorher kontaktieren muss, da ich da erst eine Nacht vorher gebucht habe, habe ich versucht am folgenden Morgen sie anzurufen. "The decor was lovely and authentic, the food was very good, staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room was clean but bathroom tile around shower needs regrouting and floors were lethal when wet. It was very noisy at night but due to be expected in the Medina However, we really enjoyed our stay there. Glass elevator was a great touch. "

"The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "

Moroccan Hospitality

"The location is great. The rooftop patio & dining area offer a wonderful view of the Port & Bay of Tangier. I've can see Tarifa, Spain and Gibralter across the Straight. The rooms are spacious, well furnished & confortable. The Mosque is just accross the alley, so you will hear the call to prayers early in the morning. The Petit Socco is just up the street and the Grand Socco is a short stroll. The streets and alleys are steep and can be slippery when wet. The staff of Dar Yasmin is very nice & helpful. We are returning for another night, to stay before departing across the Straight of Gibralter."

"We absolutely loved the ambience and decor in this traditional Moroccan guesthouse. Our room and terrace had beautiful views overlooking the city, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The food for breakfast was excellent, and we loved the central location inside the Kasbah and near the Medina. We highly recommend this hotel. "
