The room was very clean with a beautiful view. The staff members varied from very helpful to not so much especially in the restaurant. I asked for fruit and was told they did not have!?! Vs providing options like, we will have tomorrow or can I slide an orange for you (which they did have).

Great location in the center of Menaggio with parking garage. We had an issue with the A/C and they sent someone right away and fix the problem. We where traveling with our kids and it was great to find an appartment style hotel in the center of town.

We got the family room which was spacious enough for the four of us. The room was clean . The entrance of the building was depressing with lots of mess and bird poops all around. The elevator was a plus.
