We got the family room which was spacious enough for the four of us. The room was clean . The entrance of the building was depressing with lots of mess and bird poops all around. The elevator was a plus.

Great location in the center of Menaggio with parking garage. We had an issue with the A/C and they sent someone right away and fix the problem. We where traveling with our kids and it was great to find an appartment style hotel in the center of town.

Great location for a Como trip. People were super helpful. It has the option of having a private parking garage which is super useful if you get there by car.

Very old room and the heating didn't work the first night (which was fixed the next day). We didn't find a minibar, there were no top sheets on the bed. There was no intercom inside the room, which left us incommunicado with reception. It could be better because the hotel has potential, but everything is abandoned. Access by car is far and expensive, or you can also pay on the street.
