Great stay! Clean comfortable bed, large room, only complaint is that the water in the shower never really got that hot, it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t as hot as showers can normally get, other than that everything was great!

When I arrived the staff at front desk was not engaging or friendly. No information was given as far as parking or where the elevator was to access rooms or that a key swipe was needed to reach the floor. My reservation was through Expedia however the property also charged my card for the room. I was informed of the $50 incidental fee which was fine but to receive another charge for 152.00 was insane. When i called to discuss the charges I was transferred around at least 3 times before a representative told me she spoke with her supervisor who would refund the charges and call me once it had been completed. Its been over a week and i ha e yet to receive a refund or a call back.
