First our room key didn't work after 2 attempts. Then alternate room wasn't cleaned and room temperature was over 85°F. Finally after our 4th trip to the lobby we got an acceptable room. Staff was very helpful but seemed severely under sraffed as a whole.

The staff was great. It would have been a great stay only if there had been air conditioning, a place to dine as stated in the reservation. I should have been notified in advanced of me coming that the hotel had problems. as far as cleanliness, the rugs needs to be shampooed.

We had no hot water the first morning and the room temperature couldn’t be controlled. The next morning we woke to a 78 degree room to be told that their chillers were out and that we should have been advised. We pull up and were notified upon arrival that we had to pay for valet. We didn’t have breakfast included because we booked through Expedia. The bar area wasn’t open due to lack of staff. We had to cut our stay short because we couldn’t stay in the room due to it being too hot. Do not recommend booking through Expedia not staying at this hotel.
