First the good: location is near restaurants and shopping- not walkable really, but nearby. We felt safe. The beds felt clean and comfortable. The bad: we arrived late in the evening and upon pulling the sofabed open, there was a huge red stain and crumbs on the mattress. It was so late and we had packed a blowup mattress for my youngest, so we just ended up using that instead of contacting housekeeping about the sofabed. The next day, my husband joked that it was a crime scene. My children tried the pool, but didn’t stay long as it was very crowded and the water was pretty foggy/unclear. Overall, we were thankful it was only two nights and would probably look to stay somewhere else next time.

We really enjoyed our staff at Memphis Embassy Suites. The breakfast was amazing.., the best scrambled eggs I have ever had and I'm not a big egg person. The citrus peach juice was incredible. Our room was clean and I'm OCD and did not have a single issue. The rooms are amazing and hotel is beautiful!!
