When we showed up, the lights were out and someone came to the taxi and told us there was a power outage and we could not check in. We were told there would be a refund, but they have not been proactive about their refunds

on the day of check in, we ask the front desk like a normal tourists would ask. Recommendations for foods around, things to do around and we asked if our room can be on the bottom floor rather than the 2nd one. We don't feel safe when we saw the stairs. The front desk replied that she doesn't know anything about the area, and she did give us a bottom floor, but it was dirty and have dirty towels hanging and no house phone. I use the bathroom, and I was locked inside and can't get out. After multiple attempts it opened. Again, went back to front desk and she said there is a trick to open the door. TRICK.. what if it doesn't work .. Fine, we stayed for the night and went out that morning , came back that evening to find out that there is a power outage. We knocked on the office and the poor guy said there is no instructions given to him by manager, so he doesn't know what to tell us. I called WHYNDHAM by there is absolutely no response. True, we booked to Expedia but on this situation, a hotel manager or Wyndham should have plan. We spent the night on a different hotel on our own expense. Came back to Days Inn the morning after and found a lady on the ground. She fell and broke her ankle. We called 911. We told the office employee, but they didn't even come out and help. Terrible! The ambulance took her to the nearest hospital. Then for us, we had to stay to another hotel because Days Inn have still no power. Thanks to Expedia for helping us through this.

The Bedrooms were okay but the outside of the property was dirty, trash bins were overflowing, cigarettes butts on the floor and the swimming pool water was gross. On second day the property no electricity so we decided to move on to a different motel. The guy on the front desk apologised and said we would get a refund for the second nights stay, we will see if that happens.

Front desk clerk was very kind and understanding!! We had some very serious concerns about the workers they had staying at the hotel!! I was woke up at 5am by the male workers standing outside our door laughing loudly, stomping on ground and smoking!! The manager came to property and never once addressed us!! Not even an apology!!

Not as nice as the pictures but in easy access to graceland which was the purpose of our trip. Staff friendly and rooms clean whixh is the main thing but could do with a facelift on the outside.

Staff was not friendly, reserved handicap accessible but we were given a room up steps that was difficult for us to get to. The stairs were in bad condition also. Don't stay here!!

Every trash can was overflowing the entire 4 days I was there. There was a dumpster in the parking lot, I don't understand why not one person on that property cares enough about the guest experience to address this. It seems like there was a manager there speaking to some of the reception associates. If this issue goes overlooked even with a visit from upper management, that tells you the problem right there.

Newly opened and a lot of problems. Hopefully will improve with time. We did like the guitar shaped pool. Took 6 rooms to find 3 that were able to be slept in. (Dirty sheets…multiple rooms, broken shade, water leaking from air conditioner, tv cable wasn’t working).

The DIVE THE WORST EVER
We stayed 1 night it was no coffe in room or lobby, no breakfast as advertised, there was trash EVERYWHERE , there were weeds growing EVERYWHERE, bugs were coming in under the door crack, the pool was buggy, the said it was closed. It was a guitar shape thats why we stayed and the breakfast. My receipt says balcony and it was no balcony. It was next to Graceland. Discussing!!!! We canceled our other 2 nights and spent 3 more nights at Graceland guest house. WORSE PLACE I EVER STAYED AT IN 72 YEARS.

This place is nothing like the pictures. You have to knock on the sliding glass door to the lobby to get the front desk clerk to unlock it (all day). It felt pretty unsafe.

This facility had 1 car in the Parking lot and appeared to be under major renovation when I arrived. Doors to lobby was locked and you had to knock doors to get someone to unlock them. They only had 10 rooms that were open for people to stay due to renovation. The area is very sketchy with safety concerns that was verified by the staff that was there. Since I was a lone female he graciously agreed to cancel my 2 night booking and recommended a safer hotel 3 miles away from this facility. You should take this location off your site until the facility is fully operational.

The pool was closed. There was no breakfast. No vending machines to buy water. The hotel is being refurbished and the walkways and stairs were covered in rubbish and paint splashes.
