We had a great stay at the hotel, service was great and the personell was friendly. Someone was always present at the reception, which is why we felt very secure in the hotel. There was a slight flood in town but luckily the hotel is located a bit higher up so the water didn't reach it, also a plus point from me.

The staff from the hotel was friendly and helpful all the time. The description of the hotel is a little deceiving on regards to the parking, it made me believe parking was on site but it is not. It is near to the hotel but not on the hotel. An the hotel amenities made me believe it had laundry on site but instead this is a service you can add if needed so the hotel can do the laundry for you. Other than that, this hotel is a great option. It is on the middle of a beautiful German village with a lot of history and beautiful buildings. I have no regrets staying in this place.

My partner and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our 5-day holiday in Memmingen. In addition to being conveniently located in the town square, Drexel’s Park Hotel is just a five-minute walk from Memmingen railway and coach station. From there you can commute to Memmingen airport in less than 10 minutes. As far as the hotel facilities go, the staff are ever so friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. There is also a restaurant and a buffet style breakfast. Although breakfast was not included in our booking, we decided to tried it once and were very happy with it. The buffet includes full English breakfast, fresh fruit, cheeses and so on. If you are visiting Memmingen for a few days, do yourself a favour and give this hotel a shot. You won’t be disappointed!

A dull and uninteresting hotel

The rooms are very dull and in need to decoration. No comfortable chair in the room and no english languge tv. Breakfast bufffet quality and selection very poor. Great location in town centre.

We were unlucky with some services

Hotel in the centre of Memmingen. WE had issues to log onto the wifi with all 4 devices, though the wifi was normal for receptionist. some black mark at the shower door. Lift didn't work in the morning so that we had to carry our luggage 2 floors down. Parking is in a public car park (no rate for getting in and out during the day, so that we needed several tickets during our stay) and 2-3min away

Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, man muss im Parkhaus der Stadthalle parken, was zu Fuß gleich jms Eck ist. Betten qaren unbequem, die Zimmer haben Renovierungsstau, kaputte Einrichtung im Badezimmer. Ein Teil des Frühstückspersonal war sehr nett, der andere Teil nicht und dieser Teil sah auch sehr genervt aus, wenn man das Personal beobachtet hat.
