"We had a standard 2 bedroom apartment and stayed half board from Oct 25th - Nov 3rd 2024. The staff at Pergola are fanatastic. There was one particlar woman, who i think was managing the dinining staff, who was amazing and even brought treats for my 11 year old daughter who suffers a severe milk allergy. We also used the hydro bath massage in the spa, which was complimentary! This was also lovely! We had a lovely stay at Pergola. We did have to flag that we needed toilet roll on a few days and...

"The staff was transparent about closing the resort for the next 2 to 3 years for rebuild. The facilities look extremely dated and are in a state of dilapidation. Our first room had a toilet seat that had rusted off at the hinges and mold in the shower.
