We were impressed and grateful for the reception received at Zagame’s House. Arriving early at the hotel after an early flight we were in our room by 9:30am which is unheard of. We had expected to leave our luggage in storage until much later in the day but the receptionist made every effort to get us our room quickly after our arrival. We really appreciated this. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfasts delicious. I would definitely stay at Zagame’s house again.

The room was clean and had ample space. The bed was comfortable. The hotel room had relatively low lighting and there weren't any bright lights to brighten up the room. The shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water, but I did not like the open shower floor design...the shower and bathroom sink are included in an open floor plan with drains...you can track water from the shower over to the sink and next to the sleeping area...you can't wear socks to the sink area after a shower or they get wet (unless you use towels to block water). Hotel reception staff were very professional and helpful. Hotel is in an international district area with many asian and italian restaurants. About a 8 min walk to the area where you can pick up the free tram.

Great, well refurbished hotel in really good location with excellent restaurant and wine bar. My only gripe was that the ironing equipment in the room was definitely not adequate for a hotel that caters for business travelers. The ironing board in my room was the ridiculous style that is supposed to be placed on a bed or desk, and it didn’t even work as such because the legs were broken… seems like a small thing, but it wasted time I didn’t have in the morning if a busy day. If this can be fixed it us a great hotel.
