The lady at check in was lovely. The apartment was clean and comfortable although the blankets on the bed were very thin and there were no spare blankets in the wardrobe. Very close to the shops, plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Our studio room was functionally ok, but decidedly spartan: plastic kettle, no coffee plunger, very few tea bags, missed one bed lamp, blinds but no curtains, no bedside outlets to charge a phone, shower head only partially working, no elevator to upper level. On the positive side, king bed was comfortable and the neighbors were quiet. Good off street parking.

It was central and easy to access. The staff were lovely and it was clean. The heating was touchy and the lounge/furniture wasnt super comfortable but it did the job

The desk chair had a broken back support and was dirty/stained. The iron water tank couldn't close so it leaked when I used it. The occupants of the room next door spent the night coughing their lungs out making it hard to get much sleep.
