A very comfortable stay in a spacious room with lovely views overlooking the lake. There are various dining options available in the precinct below the apartments and the Izakaya Run (Japanese Restaurant) is highly recommended.

A well appointed hotel on the westside of Melbourne, conveniently co-located with restaurants and shops. Clean and quiet rooms with friendly staff. The only let down was paying $12 a night for on-site parking. Becoming all too common.

Clean and Serene

The front desk service was excellent, the room was extremely clean, and modern. The location is lovely- I had a room facing the parklands and could go for a walk around the lake in the morning. A good range of breakfast options nearby, would have been nice to be able to room charge it back. I got back at 8pm and there were no dinner options. The handheld shower design was a bit strange as it shot straight into your face if you left it on the wall and as the alternative is a sun-shower head, there was no way to have a hands-free shower without getting your hair wet.

Wedding stay.

We spent 1 night for sons wedding. Hotel looks lovely from outside. But found staff at front desk rude. Room dirty. No soap in bathroom. Toilet unclean. No handtowels. Sons room had rubbish/food stuff under bed. On the plus side bed was comfortable and room was quiet(good soundproofing). But i would never stay here again.
