The keycard I had to pick up at another reception stopped working randomly at the first day, so I had to go back and get another one. The second keycard stopped working as well, so they sent a technician to provide me with a third card. This was very annoying - as well as that the phone in the room wasn’t working so I couldn’t reach out to reception. The towels in the room weren’t cleaned properly, there was single hairs on them. Overall unfortunately not a great experience.

Felt like in a horror movie
The front desk was not available and I had to drive to another hotel for picking up my room key. :( The "hotel" was a 2 story building that was protected with a fence however no security was in place. I felt very unsecure due to lack of light on the property. The phone for the front desk (other hotel) was not working and I was not able to call for a taxi. After my business meeting I returned to my room in the afternoon and found my room door wide open. Obviously someone changed my trash bin but forgot to close the door :( I just wanted to leave that place ....
