We stayed in 8th floor, its good location but it doesnt clean properly..alot of dust on the floor, furnitures and skirting board to much dust..the exhaust fan in the bathrooms has very thick dust seems never clean at all. The bed is comfy however not good for light sleeper like me cos its in the middle of bz road you can hear the cars too noisy.. they should put double glaze window or soudproof.

This property had great communication and service, unfortunately that’s where it ended the bed that literally nearly left us unable to walk, mould in the bathroom. Especially all over the roof. Hair on Tiles that weren’t cleaned had huge amount of soap scum. Heater that barely worked in the midst of a polar blast in melbourne. Fridge that kept freezing. Basically all the amenities you pay for a motel were insufficient there had been upgraded bathrooms that isn’t kept clean to a higher standard. The main queen bed you sat on and nearly sunk to the ground zero springs it was basically a fold out pop back into wall bed. The beds are the most important part of an accommodation and these were beyond terrible.

Convenient but disappointing
Stove didn’t work properly, no lift in building B where I was staying on the 2nd floor, bed was uncomfortable and the freezer in the mini fridge is near non existent. Communication was great until I went to return the keycards 15 minutes after reception ‘opened’ only to have no one show up. The staff seem friendly enough but I would not stay here again.

The only issue I had was inconsiderate tenants in adjoining room at 3 - 4 am with loud conversation and tv channel surfing. Inconsiderate! Otherwise convenient and comfortable facilities.

The Beaumont is in a great location with two tram routes passing through nearby Kew Junction. The apartment was big but the kitchenette was inadequately equipped, with two frypans but no saucepans! There was a microwave oven but no microwave safe dishes, including no cereal bowls!

I wish to make a formal complaint with regard to the Beaumont Hotel, Studley Park Road Kew Victoria. 1. On a five night stay the room was never cleaned—not once. 2. The service desk door contained a permanent sign stating “back in 5 minutes” with a mobile phone number. The desk was rarely, if ever, manned during the day. 3. The reservation scheduled cost was 4. An additional security fee of $50 was charged at check-in, that has not been refunded.
