"Once inside this apartment you will enjoy the space and fabulous views out to sea. What the pictures don’t show is the entrance to the property which is up two levels in a service yard full of air conditioning units and ventilation systems from the ground floor restaurants. Directions to the property were also pretty poor. "

"Was very bright & noisy outside at night - our maid took some money off the side which wasn’t meant for her - she came in & started cleaning before I had even departed & there were people living there closed season, one of them providing constant out of tune banjo playing & singing while we were round pool!! Other than that no complaints & the hotel receptionists were especially brilliant!! "

"Lovely hotel, thats super clean, quiet, and relaxing. staff are very nice and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful villa! The beds weren't as comfortable as they could be but as mentioned, very clean so that's important for me! food was decent, nothing special but you are also close to lots of things to do/eat and 15 min walk to the main area of the beach front. the views are gorgeous and you wont be able to look away! "

"The hotel is circa 2 years old, has a great restaurant and roof top bar. Food is excellent. Air of quality everywhere . We booked a standard room which was smaller than we realised. We stayed for 7 nights. Should have had a larger room but photos seemed ok. Music in roof top bar was a bit weird and often not conducive to eating there. I'm 66 and love most types of music but they need to think hard about their target clients needs. "

Thus has topped the lot so far and with an array if food choices which didnt feel like rinse and repeat it was a nice surprise each day seeing what was different in the menu. The staff however made the difference for experience and couldnt do enough for you that everyone was there to give you the best experience that makes you want to return. Great evening shows from All Star teams and premium drinks on offer."

Some of the guests had refurbished rooms on floors 5 & 6 with proper air conditioning which were much nicer (the room I booked for my parents through Expedia). "We were sold a ‘luxury seaside apartment’, there that was nothing short of filthy. I’m not sure where to start.
