"the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! "The rating and cost are way too high. It’s clean and otherwise nice but the front staff is rude. I asked THREE times for a room cleaning over my 3 night stay and it wasn’t done. Even left door tag requesting clean which staff removed and still didn’t clean. Would never staff here again."

Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."

"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay.
