"It was our second time staying here. This time we decided to bring the whole family including 2 grandchildren under 5 yrs old. as before, the villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with high chair, cot and stairgate. Staff are excellent, especially David. They even did cleaning and changing sheets on Xmas Day! The location is amazing with beach nearby."

"Well placed near the water. Check in is not at the hotel but nearby. Went the wrong way trying to find the hotel. It is bizarrely, built attached to a huge abandoned apartment building. Looks like a reno project that Covid killed. However, hotel was excellent. Will stay there again."

"I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. There is someone at the reception desk til dusk, then a security guard is there overnight. There is parking on site. The suite is large, clean and has a washing machine and a large...

"Location was good. Quality of food (breakfast & dinner) very good. Service from most, but not all of the staff. Carpet in hallways definitely needs replacing. Lovely villa with beach nearby

"It was our second time staying here. "Beautiful location, wonderful staff, lovely food and gorgeous rooms. The only thing I would counsel about is that the hotel is 5 star but is already starting to show signs of use - peeling of the walls in our room etc. This is a shame and could be easily rectified, as could the poor reception on the tv. But this are minor issues - a wonderful place."
