"I wouldn't book this hotel again, floor whatever is carpet or weird Lino it's the same in the room as in the bathroom, corridors smell of cigarettes, WiFi is very bad, I mean shocking bad and when u put card in the holder to get power in the room fuse board always buzzing and reception was not interested to do something about it, breakfast was okay, haven't use the spa or pool u unfortunately so can't comment, on plus side really good water pressure in shower."

"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe.
