"Good service, facilities and cleanliness all round. The new pools are fabulous, especially the relax infinity pool with the fantastic comfortable cushioned 4 poster sun beds, lovely, more comfortable than the apartment beds. Nice modern reception with good staff. The negatives for comfort was the mattresses seemed old, lumpy and very uncomfortable, i hardly slept the first night and changed my mattress for the spare one in our room but wasn't much better. "The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "
