"Overall perfect hotel. Great location, very friendly staff. Room nice and quiet. Clean room with comfy bed. Would of liked a kettle to make coffee/tea but other than that no complaints."

"Such a disappointing stay. At check in the room wasn’t ready and I was asked on which floor I preferred to stay, without specifying that there would be a difference in the fare. No information was given on breakfast timings and location, spa access and other practicalities. Staff were polite but not warm, as if they didn’t care. I chose a room with “city view” which turned out to be looking at a building site. It is unacceptable to charge a “view” on it, at least until it is completed. SPA access is not free. It is charged extra and even though I was prepared to pay, nobody mentioned the opening hours, so I could not go. The location is also not great and is dirty and with very little outside. Unfortunately the positive sides are overshadowed by the whole general negative experience. A real disappointment from such an establishment. "

"I loved everything. I was told it was a bad area to live by my tour guide, but I loved the area and the view and my hotel room. The electricity was confusing and the floors weren’t fully clean and I saw like 3 black dots I had to swipe off my bed, but besides that the room had heating and a balcony and I enjoyed everything even the restaurant and bar and the pool is so beautiful "

"The hotel was very clean, seems to be a new building, staff was very helpful, surrounding area was very safe and clean. it is a short uber drive into the city center. just a few notes to share. There seems to be a timer on the hot water for the shower because it gets cold after about 5-7 minutes. the next person will have to wait more than 30 min before water heats up again. yes, I did mention this to the front desk multiple times but the problem persists. secondly, there is no hair conditioner; not a big problem, but bring your own. lastly, there is no soap at the sink so bring your own or you have to get the shower gel. besides these minor hiccups, we enjoyed our stay there."

"We stayed 2/13 to 2/17. We were upgraded to a higher floor. We had a club room with Acropolis view.We paid for room with breakfast buffet. The first breakfast was good. We were seated in the middle of the room. We had a view of the Acropolis from the 9th floor. The outdoor pool was closed. It is seasonal. We were not allowed to go up there. The room was spacious and clean. I will not rate it as a 5 star. There was a smell on the bed, kinda like mold. The tiles on the bathroom were crooked. Some days we had good towels and complete, some days we were missing towels or they were really old. They did provide robes and slippers. The lotions, shampoo and bath soap are luxury. The mini fridge, well the prices were outrageous. Pillows were flat. We requested 2 more. The day before we checked out, we were placed in one of the worst tables for breakfast. dont accept wait for a better one, partial view of the acropolis but if you are sitting on the corner you have a view of the construction. The club room was okay. You have a selection of alcoholic (cheap) and nonalcoholic drinks. The snacks were just okay. We were allowed to hang out in the clubroom after check out. No problems with staff, they were nice. The indoor pool was good but we did not use it dince we were too busy. We had a great experience in Athens. Near transportation, walk to bus stop. Uber/Taxi is affordable. There is a small market close by. "
