"Amazing stay but housekeeping forgot to put coffee cups in the room"

"Very nice compact hotel, its alongside the beach so the sea visible from most areas in the hotel and everything is closeby . The beach was amazing- it was private, with sand where kids could play. There were always spaces available at the beach and pool. The food and drinks were also nice, good variety and desserts were top! all the staff were friendly. The only downside was the fact that the main and kids pools and water slides water temperature was very cold so it was not comfortable to swim...

"Love the Resort. Variety of Food and Restaurants. Access to the Beautiful Beach was very close to the pools area. The shows during the night was Excellent! I have to much Fun dancing, singing and drinking from the bar which is in the same area. They have many areas to take good pictures. The lobby is nice with bar and piano, also they have few stores inside of the hotel. You have an area where you can pay and have your hair and nails done, also a body massage. All was perfect. Rooms was big...

"Overall, decent experience at Hilton. Staff accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. However, if you are vegetarian/vegan like me, it will be abit of a struggle as none of the buffet food is labelled as suitable for veggie/vegans. Considering 90pc of the tourists were Russians, this might explain it. To give an example, the pizza counter uses chicken to prove the dough, which was shocking as they were displaying pizzas with vegetables, which one would assume is vegetarian. The hotel has not...

"This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."
