"Overall, I would rate the hotel as average. The location is excellent, being close to the old Medina, and the room was quite nice, featuring a private pool. However, the food was just okay, and the lack of room service limited dining options when the restaurants were closed, even though we were willing to pay. The alcohol selection was limited but sufficient. While the service staff were professional and attentive, the lobby staff were rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing. The pool...
