"Love this property. But yhis time they held $250 on my card which is new to me. Last time i was there theu didnt required this. Also you have to pay $10 per day for WIFI and service is horrible. This made our stay unpleasant. "

"Great little family get away for a few adult siblings and spouses. Thomas was very accommodating when we needed something. Nice place to sit outside and there was hiking close by. We also got to watch the eclipse and the owners provided viewing glasses which was an added bonus. "

"The property is nestled in the Medina mountains in an 11 room resort and spa. The owners met with us each night sharing stories, laughs, wine and food. In the morning we hiked up the mountain trail to a cabin with a back deck that overlooked the hillside. If you want peace, quiet, no children and good old fashion conversation you will not find any better than Escondida Resort. The entire staff is humble, courteous and good people to share a cup of coffee or a laugh. I highly recommend this...

"Love the vintage collection and decoration to make this a "Red Barn". Everything you need for a get away. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a full breakfast and late night snack. Host is very nice to take us to kayaking in the near park. Nice view to the valley.
