"Todo bien, solo en el checkin tenían mi nombre mal (no tengo idea porque) y no encontraban mi reservación. Nos dejaron esperando unos 15 minutos pero se arregló todo afortunadamente. El clima tampoco funcionaba pero lo reportamos y fueron a arreglarlo en menos de 1 hora. "

"Staff was all very good and friendly, the location is great for an extended business trip. There was just a couple of things that would have made this a great place. Rooms were cold and heat was not working in the rooms, me and my colleagues had to request extra blankets in order to be comfortable while sleeping. I was very impressed with the coming renovations, but this caused a bit of inconvenience, but totally excusable. "

"The hotel is a nice area that is within walking distance to mall. Staff was kind and friendly. This hotel offers a great view, but we couldn’t help to notice that our room wasn’t up to our standards for cleanliness. Overall we rate this a four out of five. "

Excellent and friendly

"They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room. Other than that, everyone here is very courteous, rooms are very well kept, bathrooms are nice, beds are nice and super comfortable. On top of that, the Hampton Inn hotel here is located in an excellent part where you can appreciate the city and also be able to enjoy yourself during your stay. All in all, I fully recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone that’s visiting Chihuahua city. "
