Excellent except for the check in experience- the manager is not willing to help even she knows how to do it. For Colombian there is a tax law but it is easy to change reservation to your husband if he is foreigner and not pay that tax. Orbitz is the best changed my reservation and I could avoid the tax that is a lot considering the price of a night. At the end she lead me not sure why she didn’t it at first and avoid the bad experience.

Honestly the best place you can stay in Medellín. It’s quiet even though it’s right in el Poblado, is walking distance to everything (1 min away from el cielo and 5 mins walk from alambique). The staff here is also very helpful and are around 24/7. Safety is not an issue due to the staff being at the door at all times. The room I had was very spacious and did not feel like a regular hotel room. Cleanliness at the hotel was also great. Overrall my stay was a 10/10 and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Tuvimos problemas al momento del check in, ya que insistía en cobrar los impuestos a pesar de ser extranjeros, finalmente su jefa le indicó que no los cobrara. While the hotel's overall ambiance and service earned it a 4-star rating, the breakfast experience fell short. Limited options and subpar quality left much to be desired. Despite this, the comfortable rooms and friendly staff contribute to a generally positive stay. Improved breakfast choices could enhance the overall guest experience.

Highly recommended to stay there. They are very friendly, they provide good service, place is secure, 24/7 service from the front desk. They will help you with any kind of information. The rooms are good, nice and clean a good place to stay everything is a walking distance and very closed by, atm’s, drugstore, shops, restaurant, beauty store, taxi stand, bars and many more. For a couple or a family I recom. You to stay there.

Great option, especially the room with Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The included breakfast pretty good as well. My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing in the room. Staff very nice and helpful, one went out of his way to let me use his personal phone for a local call.
