What i liked about this property was the local bakery across the street from the hotel. Its located in an area where its easy to get to the nightlife and daytime adventure.
Location of the hotel is good. just 5 minutes from shopping Unicentro. basic problem with the hotel is that the owner is not taking further interest in this property. They made it once in good shape and after that continuously it is deteriorating. breakfast is okay, rooms are spacious, internet speed is slow, staff at the reception is amateur and need lot of experience to handle clients. maybe staff should be paid more to get experience staff at the reception.
The hotel is good for the price we paid, it was clean and the staff was very friendly, the only thing I could say for the hotel to improve is that it would be good if they improved the area of the toiletries, for example, refill the container that is on the wall of the shower with shampoo or liquid soap for the body and for breakfast, although they do not have a menu, at least hire people who are dedicated to cooking because I noticed that the girls who clean the hotel rooms are the ones who make and serve breakfast and honestly the breakfast does not look very appetizing
The place isn't very clean; there are cockroaches. The photos show one thing, but when you get to the hotel, you start seeing different things. The parking is uncomfortable, there's a lot of traffic noise near the hotel, and the breakfast isn't a buffet. Once you're there, you'll want to leave.

Worse hotel ever in Medellin I”ve been staying, no recommended, and customer service without any empathy at all, from desk is a mess, they get mad if you ask to clean the room + I have an accident and they bill me one bed sheet
Horrible
The room was not clean and paint is peeling off the walls in the p bathroom. This place has construction and one can not sleep in the morning, mid day or afternoon. The area is surrounded by my many homeless people. I definitely do not recommend it.
Lack of maintenance in this property is very bad!!! Shower area including fixtures in very poor conditions, toy missing toilet seat, old fridge, NO Recommend this Hotel to anyone..
This hotel does not rate even one star. We prepaid for 5 nights and it was so bad the first day that we left even though we didn't have another hotel booked. There were no towels, no soap, no hot water, and the shower curtain was so short that that taking a cold shower covered the bathroom floor with water. The breakfast was terrible. No choice just what they served: old dry white bread, a very small portion of scrambled eggs, 1 cup of coffee, and old fruit. Horrble. I asked to get a refund on our last 4 days but was told that they would not do that because we booked on hotels.com. I am hoping that hotels.com will give me a refund. Do not waste your time with this hotel it sucks.
The picture on your web is far from realistic. The place is outdated by all means, furniture, bathroom and all the doors have lose frames so you have to slam them. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Room service is not daily, you have to request it and has to be done before 1pm. I ask for a floor towel and they didn’t have any.
The TV was an 18” monitor.
No closet or hangers. No electronic key to enter your room. The breakfast
Not done by professionals, done by the maids, in their working clothes.
One menu for all. The rack in the bathroom is too small to hang the towel to dry. No magnifying mirror for shaving.

Did not meet expectations
Unfortunately the stay at this hotel did not meet expectations. Our rooms were not ready for check-in when we arrived. When we finally got to the room around 30 mins after check-in time, it was not the room we booked. When we told the front desk, they went back and forth with us on it and did not want to change the room. We asked to speak with a manager and they told us she was not on-site and we would have to wait until the next day to "possibly" change the room. It was not until mid-day the next day that they changed our room AFTER we told them we wanted to check-out of the hotel.
The breakfast was subpar, with eggs, arepas, and papayas being the only options every day. The ladies in the dining area were serving food and cleaning tables with the same gloves on. The plates for the food were always wet and had to be personally wiped off before the staff could put food on the plates.
The room cleaning protocol was weird because we had to hand over our key to front desk before we left the hotel for the day if we wanted them to clean our room. And when they did clean, they always didn't give us enough of everything. We had three of us in one room and they always gave us just two towels, no soap refill, and not enough toilet paper. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper at least 3 times in our one week stay and every time, they would question why we needed it.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
