Excellent hotel. Beautiful facility with a gorgeous rooftop bar/restaurant offering amazing views of the city. Clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Great location - not really walkable, but definitely in a very safe area in close proximity to the main attractions in Poblado. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has many options, including lunch items. The staff offers world-class customer service. Opportunities for Improvement: 1. The elevator doors shut too quickly, only allowing one peron in/out before fully closing. That's a safety hazard. 2. I suggest that staff members, partcularly restaurant employees, refrain from shaking customers' hands. Consider cultural differences and public health. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and I'd stay here again. Thanks!

Overall, the hotel itself was clean and in a safe area. The breakfast waiters are super nice and attentive. But if I had the option, I’d give this hotel no stars due to the poor service we received at front desk. To summarize they lost my passport information, gaslit, and tried to extort us to pay extra fees. We will be posting a more in depth review later on Expedia then onto other platforms.

The staff at Binn Hotel were extremely friendly and attentive. The facilities of the hotel were amazing, and the convenience of the breakfast was a plus for us. Adolfo was excellent every day we were there for breakfast. In the afternoon/night time the staff was awesome as well and always made us feel welcome. I will definitely go back to the Binn Hotel and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Medellin.

I couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay in Medellin! The staff is attentive and amazing, they go above and beyond to make you feel like home. Also, I was celebrating my birthday and they deliver a small piece to cake to the room. Wow! I would definitely stay again. My recent stay was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect.
