The staff at Binn Hotel were extremely friendly and attentive. The facilities of the hotel were amazing, and the convenience of the breakfast was a plus for us. Adolfo was excellent every day we were there for breakfast. In the afternoon/night time the staff was awesome as well and always made us feel welcome. I will definitely go back to the Binn Hotel and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Medellin.

I couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay in Medellin! The staff is attentive and amazing, they go above and beyond to make you feel like home. Also, I was celebrating my birthday and they deliver a small piece to cake to the room. Wow! I would definitely stay again. Also, the staff in the breakfast area and the person that receives you are top! Loved it

This hotel was amazing. Love the rooftop pool and the breakfast was very good. 10/10. The location is good just need to order quick Uber to go to any locación like the parks provenca or restaurants around. It’s very quiet, safe and this is an upscale hotel compare to other hotel we stayed in. Absolutely loved it.

Excelente lugar para quedarte si quieres visitar la ciudad de Medellín. Muy lindo hotel y con un staff increíble, Adolfo junto a los muchachos de el restaurante donde desayunamos fueron increíblemente amables y nos brindaron un servicio espectacular. John Jairo de la recepción fue de muy gran ayuda y súper amable. Definitivamente si regresamos a Medellín escogeríamos este hotel nuevamente.

I have stayed here at the property many times it is wonderful. They have amazing beds. I never want to get up the pool on the rooftop is so great. They have a sauna and a Jacuzzi views are spectacular and the rooftop bar and restaurant has the best view and all of the Medellin
