"A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in a lovely hotel. The room allocated was very nice, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. WiFi in the room was very good until 10pm for some reason. The pool and gym were very good. The pool area was spacious with plenty of loungers. The gym was well equipped for hotel guests. I had breakfast each of the 6 days I stayed and they were good value with a wide variety of options. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating....

"The desk people are very rude. There was no customers, we were the only ones and the staff was just standing and didn’t help us at all and on top very rude service."

"We had a great time in the short time we stayed. The two queen bed “emerald” room was spacious, modern, and clean. They also use Loccitane products! The kitchen came in handy for us with children. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooftop bar and pool had amazing views in the night. The drinks were great as well! We will definitely come back! "

"When i came to the property they assigned a room with a lot fails, like A.C unit and electrical outlets and i mde the complaint and they ignore me. Until i call again at 1:30 am and a guy name Cristian transferrd to another room. "
