"Right at the centre of the resort - v short walk to ski lifts Good hosts and very Spanish feel about hotel. We had an excellent studio which was well equipped and serviced daily. Underground secure parking and a ski locker were v convenient. Maybe a little more detail on arrival process as one way system and underground car parking can be a bit confusing for new arrivals. "Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Cosy Hotel

"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra Nevada "

Absolutely Fabulous!

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."

The decor is a little tired and dated but overall comfortable for a family trip. We are definitely considering a return trip"

Great stay

"Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. Would highly recommend and would stay again…. "
