Didn't have any expectations, really, as we just needed a place for the night convenient to the a Western side of the canyon. We were so delightfully surprised to enter into a real ranch setting, complete with a Cowboy Casey serenade, a super friendly staff, a very clean and comfortable cabin and a campfire with new friends from 3 different continents. So much fun... A very rewarding experience. Would absolutely go back and stay longer. No internet, no wifi, no tv? Perfect. An amazing chance to reconnect and play cards with my partner.

The small pine cabin assigned to us was cabin number 3. It wss advertised as having a bath AND shower, even a photo of the bath was in the add on Expedia. There is NO bath in cabin 3, only a shower. The unit has not even been levelled properly. The one end is noticeably lower than the other and planks and rocks has been placed under it. Because the cabin is not level and stable numerous tiles inside is cracked, broken and/or loose. We were there in January (winter) and only one side/half of the warm blanket worked. Some of the power outlet sockets did not have covers on and open wiring was visible. Our power tripped/went out in the middle of the night when we tried to use the supplied heater and hair dryer. There was NO SIGNAGE warning you against it, despite the property saying afterwards there should be a sign. No sign! There was no electrical board in the cabin to reset a breaker and no one available to reset power for us. We were in complete darkness and the property does not have any emergency lighting sources such as a torch available for use in the cabin. We had to use the lights in our mobile phones for light. The property did agree to refund us for the night but said that because we used Expedia they will refund back to Expedia and I will have to get Expedia to refund me. After a few emails with Expedia, Expedia just said sorry they can't get hold of the property and no refund!

Fabulous experience on the ranch. Took the wagon ride which was well worth it, stunning views and beautiful animals. Great food, had dinner and breakfast. Staff friendly and plenty of entertainment.

What a great unigue western mountain ranch. Cabins were cabins but clean, properly adorned and private. The hosts were great and Cowboy Dave's Cowboy poetry around the fire was worth the price of admission. The food was very good as well. Loved hearing the history of the Diamond Bar Ranch!!

We loved our stay at the ranch. Definitely one of our highlights of our 3 week trip in the States. Casey and the staff made us feel so welcome and were so friendly and helpful. We booked on to the evening horse riding which was a fab experience and we got to see more of the grounds and an amazing set. Smores around the campsite with Casey singing some of his songs was the perfect end to the day.

Friendly, helpful staff that make you feel at home. Great food and Casey provides a lot of entertainment. Quiet surroundings, if you want to unplug from the daily hustle for a day or two or more, this is the place for you.

The Grand Canyon Western Ranch is a true gem on the west side of Grand Canyon country. The cabins are fantastic—while they maintain their authentic Western appearance, they offer all the modern comforts. The ranch is meticulously maintained by a dedicated team that clearly puts their heart and soul into everything they do. One of the highlights of our stay was the live music, performed Casey Adams (Arizona Casey), an immensely talented performer and songwriter. He entertained us with songs and stories about the ranch and the Old West, both during dinner and later around a campfire. We also enjoyed a horseback ride along the ranch trails, which led us to a buffalo pen where we got to see buffalo up close—a truly unforgettable experience! We highly recommend this place. Thank you to Casey, Erica, Colton, and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. —George and Niki

I loved this hidden spot on the way to the Grand Canyon West Skywalk. Very cozy and quiet. The Only mark against this place is lack of an internet. I get the seclusion concept, but I needed to let my better half that arrived safely.

Rustic and charming. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Sadly, only booked for one night, but will be returning for a longer stay. It's a ranch located away from large cities, so check your unrealistic expectations at the door.
