"Would have been in all out five-star review, but for some reason their bar/bistro that was supposed to be open from 5 to 10:00 p.m. both days that we stayed was not open for some reason. Not that it's the worst thing in the world, but it was advertised as such on the website that they have the bar and bistro and it was never open. It would have been nice to grab a meal or a drink at the hotel. Once again not the end of the world. All around a very good stay."

"Clean room, beautiful front lobby and breakfast area, and plentiful parking. Staff were quick and polite. Within minutes of the American dream mall, this hotel was extremely convenient. The only real complaints I have are that the water pressure in the shower is pretty low, meanwhile the water pressure in the sink comes out like a fire hydrant. Also, breakfast had many options and most were good, minus the super watery and flavorless oatmeal. All in all would stay here again though!"

"When I checked in there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. It might still be there. Room 312. After housekeeping came through there was more trash on the carpet than before they came by. Most of the staff was very inattentive. I’ve been working in hotels for 30 years and I know how things should be. "

"We stayed for a weekend event happening at the hotel. The lobby area was cold even when the doors were not opening to the outside. The second floor balcony overlooking the lobby was more comfortable. The public restrooms were often low on supplies. The room’s thermostat was adjustable, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel’s information said breakfast - complimentary with the room - was offered from 7-10 am but when morning came, no breakfast was offered by the hotel....

"We are locals and stayed here after date night. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all. Felt like I was spending the night at a friend. Very warm and “homie” type feeling. Clean and plenty of parking. Just park and either walk to local restaurants or a quick Uber ride to avoid paying for parking on or around Bloomfield ave."

"My husband and I stayed here for the second time in a studio with king bed and sofa bed and we loved the room! It was spacious and clean. We wished we could have stayed more than one night! "Up for a trip up to New York City, it was nice having the bus stop right next to the hotel and the covered garage was very nice during inclement weather. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, thermostat kept things comfy and everything was pretty much as it should be. The gentleman who helped us with breakfast next morning was very pleasant and we would definitely stay here again. Very nice front desk staff. "
