"I was disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the indoor lazy river during my stay, but that happens. Other than that I really have nothing to complain about. I will absolutely look at future stays at Avista. Maybe next time I'll look at getting a suite, my partial ocean view was nice especially for the sunset but a full ocean view must be amazing as well. Staff was great. Breakfast at the restaurant was good (especially the home fries!). As a whole, would recommend! "

"The reason I stayed here was because it is the closest accommodation to the drive-in at Planet Fun. It's easy walking distance, almost within sight. I think it's somewhat over priced."

"I needed to find a place for family to stay overnight since we had a sick person in our household. The unit was spacious and comfortable w/a stunning view of the ocean. The only downside was check-in. You had to go to a different building, and their "pet friendly" policy is limited to service animals. Don't advertise they have a pet friendly policy if only service animals are allowed. "

"It was amazing. The view was beautiful, the condo was spacious and so nice, and clean. Everything about this entire place was PERFECT!!! I couldn’t stay as long as I wanted but I plan on coming back to stay after Thanksgiving!!! This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. "
