"The many years I've been a client of Hotels.com, I've never had any issues with my reservations, But this reservation was not to my satisfaction, the room was dirty, floor was upswept and mopped, you can see dirt, trash, and lint on the floor, there was water stains on the floor in the room, I didn't even want to step on the floor, and no clock, we needed to be up early the next day, I had to get up every so often to check my phone. Totally disappointed. "
