We were disapointed with the front desk staff taking too long chatting with the people checking in ahead of us anout her hair treatments, she could have discussed that off the clock over coffee rather than making us wait 20 minutes after our long day. The hotel could have communicated upon checking in that they were planning to shut off the water at the hotel but found out that it was more convinient for them to just be a surprise for the guest to find out at even when upon calling the front desk they knew exactly from what time frames the water would not be available. I found this whole experience to be very disapointing and frustrating as hell!

This hotel is GORGEOUS! The attention to detail is incredible. The rooms are incredibly spacious. Beautiful decor, delicious food and cocktails and amazing staff. The location is perfect, walkable to a local grocery store, bars and restaurants. Be sure to eat at Wren while you are there and enjoy a delicious beer at Starr Hill on their higher level location. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Staff was very accommodating in every aspect. We were in town for a quick getaway and enjoyed most everything we experienced at this hotel. I had only 1 issue of getting locked out on the patio and also getting my finger slammed in that same door. Those door handles should be replaced because I could have been stranded on the balcony for hours. No one addressed this incident when reported but I still loved everything else.
