Beautiful property and check in was perfect. Very sweet representative and he gave us the highest level with the best view that he could as it was my birthday. I love that this location is attached to the Galleria and we went to Maggianos for dinner. We only stayed for a night, wish it could have been longer but we did also take advantage of brunch at the hotel, which was very good and just a quick elevator ride.

The experience was superb. from valet parking, check-in with Jennifer, the cozy room, service in the pool area and Entyce Restaurant is a stunner. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family. We experienced HK, Berlin and now our home country. Thank you ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz.
