"The hotel rooms are always clean. The staff is very friendly and always looking to help. The hotel is near supermarket and close to Acacia Mall."

"Very efficient and warm welcome and very attentive staff. The room and breakfast were excellent. Sadly, the restaurant service on three evenings was terrible. I hosted a graduation dinner on 26th Feb. and my guests had to wait 2 hours (YES, 2 hours) for the starters to arrive. Then the main courses arrived one by one, not all together, and ladies were served last. How is this from a hotel claiming to be at the forefront of hospitality and even running a hospitality school."
