This is our 2nd stay at The Orleans. The first was 8 years ago. Overall we had an amazing time at the Orleans. The rooms are a bit dated & could use some extra cleaning. But overall we had a comfortable bed & hot water to shower so we were happy. The room service was a bonus & so good! All the restaurants are expensive but good. Didn’t really care for sbarro pizza but the rest were great. We enjoyed a movie one day & bowling one day. We didn’t play much so can’t really comment on play. I lost $27 lol. We had a Turo rental car for our stay so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. For families this hotel is perfect.

The front desk staff was super helpful and nice. Dinner was less than a block away. It appears that the hotel is in transition of ownership. The room was clean but the restroom needed a little face lift . Overall, good price for location.

Very large and comfortable room. Used check in through app to get a QR code - which made check in much quicker. Missed no coffee or tea making facilities. Location is quiet but very noisy neighbours both sides (a baby one side and partying females the other) - we had adjoining doors which seemed to be where the noise was coming through. Very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. Could use other hotels pools - but quite a walk to get to them making it rather impractical. Joined to Paris hotel which had nice eatery options.
