"The property was affordable and convenient for our families needs. Was surprised that there was no shower but managed ok with a bath. It was difficult at first to find the property off the main road as there was no signage. Other than that it was good. "

"This was a beautiful hidden Inn, the outside appearance does not do it nearly as much justice as it deserves. The interior was modern, well kept and up to date. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a private lounge, and kitchen which was very handy. Its a great place for families travelling together. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Only issue we had was the water from the taps was a bit yellow so it wasnt safe to drink."

We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. The hotel was fully booked which left us out a lot of money, which the hotel also mentioned was not consistent with their rate which was multiple times lower than the noted rate through Expedia. "This was a quaint hotel that is very convenient to the airport. I stayed here for one night after arriving in Maun the day before going on a safari. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was basic but clean. The TV was a little wonky (but I think it was my specific TV because the one in my parents' room was fine). I had chosen a regular room and it was comfortable enough for me. My parents' choose a river view room, but found when they arrived that the river was dry, so it was more or less just looking at a grassy area. The restaurant at the lodge was very good! It's an open air restaurant (with covered sections), so it is almost magical on a nice night. They had a fire pit lit and it was just a beautiful experience. I didn't go to the pool, but I looked at it and it seemed like a nice pool area."

We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. The hotel was fully booked which left us out a lot of money, which the hotel also mentioned was not consistent with their rate which was multiple times lower than the noted rate through Expedia. Expedia did not refund us because they couldn’t get a hold of the facility. You would think that not being able to contact the property would suggest the fraud. No refund for us through Expedia. This is absolutely disappointing and we will not be using Expedia again for any form of travel. Stick to Bookings.com. "

"Staff is helpful, room is good and clean. I know we are in Botswana and I don’t expect air conditioner for rooms because electric power is from solar panel. I hope hotel can keep in mind one very important thing: don’t supply spaghetti made of yuca, for many people including us, this yuca will cause severe food allergy, which lasted for two days. "
