"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! From arrival to checkout, all the staff was so nice and pleasant. The decor is so colorful, and the hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Cincinnati."

"Our room had a hole in the ceiling stuffed with tissue paper and we had a couple dirty towels. Other than that, it was reallly clean and amazing staff."

"A bag of trash remained in the hall outside a nearby room for a number of hours the day we arrived. The end room we had was noisy from doors closing somewhere around us. It was also a room at the front of the hotel and trash was collected at 3:40 am by a truck raising up the garbage container. "

"We loved this hotel. It’s historic and beautiful. We had an amazing view of the city. We were a half block from the ice skating rink and beautiful tree. The staff were so helpful. The dining options at the hotel were fantastic. We will stay here again. "

"Reallly wonderful place to stay! Water park is amazing and fun! They keep it very clean considering it constantly has multiple people rolling through in a day. We will definitely be returning and making this a Christmas time tradition."
