" Very friend and helpsome staff. Cosely atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. We stayed one night. 2 adults and 5 teens. We had a really nice stay. In the evening we had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. Later we went to the outdoor sauna. The breakfast was delicious. "

Måste bara vara noga bör man handlar, rejäla kök att laga mat i, många dusch/bad/wc( inga på rummen)finns så det är inga problem. Väldigt trevlig personal, men tänk på att du som gäst sköter det mesta själv, plocka i/ur diskmaskinen, sopor m.m. "We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. "Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. "This was our second time staying at Hotel Emma. It is a small hotel with large rooms, a nice breakfast area and a lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "The owner adjusted his schedule to accommodate our checkin. He was pleasant and informative. Because the hotel was not full he upgraded our room at no increased charge. Things like the conference room and the in room sauna were welcome. One of the best things for us was that Peter, the owner. let us use his garage to wax skis. While the location was scenic, it was also more difficult to get into town or to the ski trails and required taxi and bus transport."
