"Staff was absolutely amazing! Super helpful. Had an issue with the toilet in the room and they made sure to take care of it immediately. The outdoor pool could be heated for those who travel from colder climates. Breakfast was ok…could be better. "

"Very clean and family friendly. Our 2 year old loved the pool. Very close walk to the beach. The mattress in the room was very soft and pillows were as well. "

Only a few things I could complaint about is that you can tell it was a remodel, Shower head was broken, gym equipment was a little well used and the breakfast was subpar with very limited options. "Thank god they gave us a refund. I trusted the 7.8 stars on Expedia and I will never again. GHETTO, DISGUSTING AND UNSTAYABLE. Room was so gross that we left and paid double somewhere else. We arrived at like 9pm and figured we would save a couple bucks since the pictures look nice, it was late and the reviews were high. NEVER AGAIN. We packed up and left the bedding and bathroom were so gross with stains, pubic hairs and other just other gross *** things.. best of luck with your stay. Even caring I felt on edge and figured I had a 70% chance of my car being broke into. "

"We had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was gulfside with an amazing view. The rooms are okay, you are definitely paying for the view and area not the room. The furniture is older but the room was cleaned daily. Walking distance from the Boardwalk and only a 15-20 minute drive to Destin. One downside was the parking fee, we paid $1,200 for 4 nights plus $15.00 per night parking and daily resort fees. I would've thought parking would be free being that you are already staying there but oh well. We had fun! We will 💯 be coming back. Thank you for the experience."
