Perfectly located next to dogo park and the onsen. Its a former older peoples home thay really hasnt been changed much from the previous use. After the initial oh its an old folks home, it is actually a really nice play to stay, well equipped and clean.

This place is a bit different to the chain hotels that I usually stay in, but in a good way. I stayed in a 'Japanese style' room, which was very spacious with a comfortable futon. The bathroom was a 'wet room' style, with a deep bath and a shower area next to it, onsen-style. The kitchen area has a single induction hob, which is really just to use with the kettle so don't plan on doing any cooking (I wasn't planning on it, so no problem there). Note that it is a shoes-off property - slippers are supplied at reception. I really liked this stay and will definitely look it up again if I come back to Matsuyama.

because we missed our flight, we weren't able to stay in the hotel overnight. but the owner and staff were kind enough to let us use our reserved room's shower and amenities before we moved on with our trip. very spacious room that even comes with a stove! highly recommend!

A physically uncomfortable experience

There were no face towels. Even if I needed to pay more for it, I wish the hotel had coffee either in the room or lobby. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were more like cots without springs or with bad springs than actual beds. The pillows were too hard and thick so I couldn’t use them.

남자 3명이 사용하기에 불편함은 없는 공간이었습니다. 숙소 바로 건너편에 대형슈퍼도 있고, 바로 옆에는 편의점이 있어서 좋았는데, 숙소 매트리스가 완전히 무너져 있어서 허리가 안좋은 사람들은 수면이 힘들수도 있습니다. 그리고 샤워실 욕조에 물이 잘 배출되지 않아서 불편했고, 주방 도구가 부족해서 인덕션 등 씽크대가 있는것이 의미 없었네요. 다시 방문하기는 좀 힘들것 같습니다.
숙소 입구. 주차비를 천엔 내고 주차를 하는곳인데 아침 8시에는 컨테이너 빵집 때문에 주차를 할수 없다는...

很棒的住宿位置及環境

首先，住宿的位置理想，離超市和道後溫泉都很近，走路到道後溫泉10分鐘內可到。 接待的櫃檯人員是一位來自瑞士的小哥，有閒聊了幾句，很高興他來過台灣。 這次住的是三人房，有三張單人床，房間因為是安養院改建，所以房內空間大，三個大行李箱都有位置可以打開，廁所空間也很大～

家族旅行で2泊お世話になりました。 観光メインでホテルではほとんど寝るだけなので快適に過ごせました。 アメニティはバスタオル、タオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、浴衣は揃ってました。 そのほかにミニキッチンにカップが人数分とケトルはありました。 共用スペースに給水機とトースター、電子レンジもあるのでお弁当やパンを買ってきても温めて食べることができました。 ホテル隣接のパン屋さんのパンが美味しくて滞在中なんどかおせわになりました。 宿泊客は2割引になるのが嬉しかったです。 スタッフさんはとても親切でチェックインの時に色々と詳しく周辺のことも教えもらいありがとうございました。 また、くることがあったら利用したいと思います。

ミニマルサービス

たぶん、ホテルの前は別の建物だったのではないかと思います。 受付にも人気がなく、直ぐ前のパン屋の店員さんがチェックイン兼務、のような感じでした。 なので朝食などもありませんし、扉は鍵式のスライドドアでした。 ですが、場所は道後公園の近くで、大街道にも道後温泉にも歩いて15分程度。 建物の共有スペースには食堂、レンジ、ウォーターサーバー、浴衣、スリッパ等があり、売れ残ったパンが安価で購入できます。 部屋にはテレビ、Wifi、タオル大小、歯ブラシ、スキンケア、シャンプーやコンディショナー等も揃ってますし、部屋には軽い調理台もあります。 なのでトータル、他人からのサービスはミニマルですが、自分で自由に動きたいという方にはとてもおすすめです。
