松江駅前広場から徒歩1分。だから飲食街、コンビニ、デパートなど何でも直ぐ近くにある。観光バス、市バス、長距離バスのターミナルも駅前だから本当に便利。１階はカフェ＋バーになっていて朝食から深夜のお酒まで、外に出なくても対応可能。朝食はサンドウィッチ、コーヒーなど、手作り感溢れる美味しいセットだが、広々としたカフェで道行く人を眺めながら、あまりの快適さに出掛ける気がしなくなったほど。部屋は個室に泊まったが、コンクリートの打ちっぱなしで簡素で無駄を省いた内装で広さは充分。トイレ、，シャワーは共同だが機能的で清潔だった。女性専用フロアもある。大変コスパの優れた宿である。

松江駅から近く、朝食のパンとコーヒーのサービスもとても嬉しかったです。 今回は個室で利用させていただきましたが、テレビ周りのホコリと共有のシャワーブースの赤カビが気になりました。

駅近くて綺麗なホテルでした。 歯ブラシと髭剃りがどこに置いてあるのかわからなかった。 朝食のパンが一つ無料のようですが、説明がないので分からないです。

チェックインの対応からとても良い印象でした。 駅から近く、すぐにわかりました。 ホテルの1階がカフェなのですが、すぐにスタッフさんが荷物を預かって下さり、自転車も無料で貸し出しをしてくれたのも嬉しかったです。 シャワールームもトイレも洗面台も綺麗でした。 マネージャーの方がとにかく素晴らしい対応でまた利用したいと思いました。

就寝中に他の客（家族連れ）のマナーの悪さが気になって寝れなかった。廊下や部屋で大声を出したり走り回ったり…部屋に電話が置いてなかったのでフロントに連絡できなかった。

誰方かも口コミに書いていたとおり、日本のビジネスホテルに慣れている方は少し物足りなく感じると思います。ヨーロッパのホステルに慣れている方は快適に過ごせると思います。 シングルルームに宿泊しましたが、バスタオル、タオル、歯磨きセットと剃刀が付いていて有り難かったです。 アメニティの詳細が事前に分かるといいなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

松江駅のすぐ側でアクセスもよく、周辺に食事するところも多く良かったです。 部屋は簡易な作りではありますが、寝るだけですし問題ないかと思いましたが、若干隅々の掃除が行き届いてない感は否めませんでした。総合的にお値段との釣り合い考えても良かったと思います。ありがとうございました。

机を移動させるとほこりが溜まっていたり、パンツプレッシャーを使おうとするとホコリまみれだったり、掃除が行き届いておらず少し残念でした。 しかし部屋が写真よりも広くて、広々と利用できたところはよかったです。

部屋は4階、シャワールームは2階。シャワーを浴びてから部屋に戻る際、男性と一緒になり気まずかった。 また電気ポットがありましたが、同じ階に水を入れる場所がなく（トイレならあるけど）、ちょっと不便。 冷蔵庫があって助かったが、コンセントが2つで、電気ポット、冷蔵庫、TVのうち2つを選択する感じ。 コーヒーサービスも楽しみだったが、作動しなくて、知らない宿泊客達と一緒に考えたりしたが、結局飲めずじまい。 電話しようと思ったが、部屋には電話なし。 何より駐車場がなく別に1500円の出費が必要となった。 安さで選んだのに残念だった。
