"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "Pros: The property is close to the centre of Màtrafüred, where the restaurants are, and it is also close to the hiking trails. It has a pool (though it is a bit dated) a kitchen and dining area for guests to use, as well as a sauna and a nice back garden in the woods. "My Last minute reservation had many supriseses for a 3*** hotel. Room was furnished with different kind of furniture. Electric cables were everywhere. Fridge was loud. Bathroom was not clear, shower gel was out from the shower cabin. Lightning was poor. Please check the photos. "

"First thing first - this property cannot be the right one if visitor doesn't rent a car. You can come on a public transportation pretty close. It's where the cave bath. From there to get to the property you need to clime 500 metras in up hill. There's no groccery stores, no cafe or restaurants.
