His pre-arrival instructions were thorough, he answered so many questions for me, found a pickleball court for my obsession, etc. The property is beautiful. You can tell much care, design and detail went into the furnishings. My room was so comfortable and had everything I needed. The pillows and shower were amazing. Fatima and Vania were super sweet and helpful as well. The breakfasts were a delight as was the afternoon snack. I loved...

"Beautiful and clean room. Great location; close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop! However, the female receptionist we had all three days was not very nice unfortunately. Not helpful at all and actually rude at answering our questions. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel because it was great. "
