esta es la segunda ocacion que nos hospedamos en el hotel. La primera vez hace 2 años estuvo super bien. Pero esta vez fue como si estubieramos en otro hotel. Sucio, camas muy incomodas el personal no del todo amable. Y hasta el dia de hoy despues de casi 3 semanas no me han reembolsado el doble cargo. Cuando reserve me dijeron que se pagaba en el hotel, pero me llego un correo donde me pedia el pago, lo realizamos y al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no estaba pagado, en ese momento no contaba con el comprobante pagamos de nuevo y es fecha que nadie me dice cuanto tiempo o cuando nos haran el reembolso del doble pago. No lo recomiendo

La propiedad se anuncia a 17 kilómetros de Xilitla y es mentira están a 45 minutos, cuando uno busca hoteles en Xilitla te aparecen ellos no es verdad está muy retirado. Hay mucho mosco acabamos todos picoteados y eso que traíamos laminitas. Las almohadas muy incómodas. Al igual que la cama en General. Las instalaciones bien al igual que el restaurante bueno.

El área de exteriores muy aceptable , los cuartos básicos , las almohadas muy incómodas y delgaditas (prácticamente no eran almohadas ) y te dan una x persona , intentamos que nos dieran al menos 2 por persona y nos las negaron porque solo era una x huésped ! 😣, por lo tanto la noche estuvo mal para dormir

El acceso es muy conveniente más aún por las reparaciones de las carreteras en toda la región. El hotel está muy limpio, y seguro. El restaurante tiene buena comida, puede mejorar el servicio del personal ya que no indican que la factura se debe solicitar el mismo día de consumo. El desayuno está rico( tipo continental), limitado a huevos revueltos (naturales), frijoles, pan, fruta, café, cereales. Fue una buena experiencia y lo más probable es que regrese.

La alberca y el servicio de restaurante maravillosos. La verdad hasta hace sentir como si se estuviera en una playa. Aunque el hotel es pequeño, es un rincón muy agradable. La atención del personal muy amena.

Excelente estancia

Fue una experiencia muy buena. Solo estuvimos una noche puesto que solo pasaríamos a descansar a ese sitio ; pero fue un descanso muy completo. Creo que ofrecen mucho por muy bajo costo. Definitivamente volveré a este hotel. Me encantó. Hola
