"Wonderful hotel. If you forget to reserve the Parking, there is a Public parking lot a few blocks down just outside the fortifications. "

"Loft room was great for the kids. Beach across the road. 15 min walk to Intramuros. Street parking is free. Breakfast was wonderful especially the Malo yoghurt. Could do with a bar fridge and more storage. The mirror/wardrobe was awkward. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"5–10 minutes from the ferry. Great breakfast. Clean functional rooms. We didn’t get to use the spa or the pool but that would’ve been a great bonus. The only downside is as other people have written , it’s McDonald’s or Buffalo Grill, if you want to eat on the doorstep."

"We had a wonderful stay at L’Adresse! The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beautiful Sillon beach, and only a short walk to the walled city (Intra-Muros). It’s the perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo on foot. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and even had a small kitchenette – a great bonus for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, from local tips to restaurant bookings. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional – ideal whether you’re here for a romantic weekend or a few quiet days by the sea. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in Saint-Malo. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Very nice hotel in the centre of old/tourist area. Walk from the train is about 15 minutes. Otherwise all the restaurants, the ramparts and all the tourist stuff is right next door so you can pop in your room any time if you forget something, etc. Two comments: the water in the shower is set to a certain maximum to avoid the waste I think. So it was coldish and rainy during my visit and I would like hotter water to warm up. In the sink the water gets really hot. Second: I put "do not disturb" sign meaning no housekeeping and the chambermaid wanted still to go in and clean. "
