"Beautiful house in a great neighborhood but it goes downhill from there. To quickly paint the picture, imagine walking into a (5) star hotel only to realize you have economy hotel with maintenance issues accommodations. "The hotel was clean and had friendly, helpful staff. The only issue was that there seemed to be a staff shortage. The girl at the front desk was alone, answering phones, checking people in and out, and just taking care of things. She maintained a friendly demeanor despite her obviously being stretched thin. It did take a bit to get checked in because of this. The shuttle driver was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Mayfair was awesome, highly recommend! Coco Grove is beautiful & fun. Gave service 3 stars because bike rentals took forever, chrome cast streaming on TV wasn’t working & staff slow to address issues. Otherwise amazing stay!"

"Awkward to get to if you are relying on GPS (there is a FENCE which surrounds a neighboring appartment property that blocks the way Google Maps and Maps tries to direct you there, you have to approach from a different street one block over - it's not difficult but confusing if you don't know because the hotel is not obvious. Room clean, staff super helpful We stayed a couple of days while visiting gardens in Miami - exactly what we needed. An easy walk (just under a mile but with footpaths etc...
