Nice to be met in person and given information about the area and the dining options. Great location, bed and shower. Not a whole lot of natural light so some more lighting would have been good

Perfect location, beautiful room with lots of big end finishes. Staff were friendly helpful and obliging. Couldn't have asked for more. Room was exceptionally clean. Only one issue was ants in the room which took the final score down just a bit.

Uvodia rooms were excellent. Good value, clean, excellent friendly service, well located. If forced to think of something that could be changed: the lighting in the room (lights were coming from the floor!)

Michela was amazing. She handled everything. She’s a one-person administrator who does everything for the hotel guest. If you have a car, best to reserve the valet parking at Nicolette. Breakfast was ok and starts at 8:30am. The rooms are quiet and relaxing after a day’s walk in Matera.
